    Good for awhile

    I bought this for my three year old niece. She absolutley loves it, however the strings came loose only after playing with it a couple of times. It has the ability to tighten the strings, but they come loose again very quickly. But she loves it, so it was worth it.

    Was disapointed in craftsmanship, but seller offered a prompt refund if I removed my feedback. It worked for me. It’s a cute guitar, but you can do better in a retail store I think. (no shipping)

    Comes in a cheapy red plastic bag case……cute toy, but that’s all.

    I purchased this item for my nephew as a Christmas Gift. I was a little worried about the quality I would receive for the price but I found that the guitar was a great find. It is perfect for a 4 year old…just the right size and I don’t have to worry about him being hard on an expensive guitar as he learns to play.

    The frame construction of this guitar is good, but there’s almost no ability to evn come close to tuning this guitar. It comes with an extra string, which i good, but the problem is that we’ve already broken 2 of them in less than 2 weeks.

    My daughter loved it because it’s red. (her favorite color) It really works- you have to tune it, it comes with a tuning pipe, pick, replacement strings, everything! But it was much smaller than I had pictured. My child isn’t interested (yet) in really learning to play a guitar but wants to pretend with her friends. They laugh because her guitar is so small.

    A good starter guitar for kids

    We bought this for our grandson who wanted specifically, a real red guitar! He has enjoyed it. It is not a great musical instrument but it serves the needs of a 3 year old. It is pretty sturdy for a toy. I suggest that purchasers should immediately tighten the screws on the tuning knobs to hold any tune at all. Well worth our money.

    I do not recommend this for anyone- if you are looking for a toy- pay the cheaper price for a toy. This guitar was tuned (or attempted to be tuned) and two strings immediately broke. The guitar could not be tuned (yes we know how- there are other guitar players in the house). The screws could not be turned far enough to tighten the strings correctly and would immediately loosen when released. Very disappointed in this one- I was not expecting high quality sound but I was expecting a better than “toy” quality.

    I brought this guitar for my nephew’s 5th birthday. I got an e-mail right away from Coolstuff4u with information on my product and they send out the package right away. It doesn’t give you instructions to tighten up the strings with a screw driver but once you tighten up the strings my nephew was playing away and he enjoyed it. I would buy stuff from them again.
